SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most merchandise is shipped domestically via the USPS or FedEx Ground.

Please allow up to two business days for the processing of all orders.

Domestic orders of three pieces or less are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and should be received within 2-3 days from the date of shipment, excluding Sundays and some holidays. Domestic orders of three or more pieces are shipped using FedEx Ground and should be received within 1-5 days from the date of shipment, excluding Sundays, some Saturdays and some holidays. International orders are shipped using USPS Global Priority Mail. Any customs fees and/or import duties incurred on delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Lotus Children has no control over these charges nor can we predict what they may be. Lotus Children is proud to ship to APO and FPO addresses.

United States: $5.00

Canada: $7.50

International (excluding Canada): $9.50

Please note that oversized orders, expedited orders and orders to HI or AK may incur additional shipping charges. Your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed! Any product (exceptions noted below) which does not meet or exceed your expectations may be returned in its original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange within 14 days of its arrival. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges.

RETURNS

Please contact us to obtain a return authorization.

Some special order items may not be returnable or may be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Personalized items, such as Little Yogi Birth Announcements, may not be returned. You may only cancel an order for personalized items within the 24 hours after placing it.
